Jairo Arcila is a third generation coffee grower from Quindio, Colombia. Jairo bought his first coffee farm, Finca La Esmerelda, and this is where he planted his first caturra lot.
This washed Castillo has been fermented with wine yeast, peach pulp and coconut flesh. The experimental process has created a playful coffee, that tastes exactly like it says on the bag.
