Sourced from Tero Farm in Ethiopia’s Shakiso district, this exceptional coffee is grown by local producers committed to quality and sustainability. Cultivated at 1,800-2,200 MASL, the high-altitude microclimate contributes to its complex and distinctive flavour profile. At the Shakiso station, cherries are carefully hand-sorted and floated in water to remove unripe, overripe, and low-density cherries, ensuring only the highest-quality fruit is processed.
When one of our own team members happens to be an incredible artist, collaborating on our new coffee packaging was a no-brainer. Designed by Anna, a barista at our Ormskirk shop, this artwork takes a vibrant, abstract turn, crafted with custom colours that complement our new branding. Whether lined up on our shelves or sitting on your kitchen counter, Anna’s design makes a stunning statement both together and on their own.
